14 Multi-functional Houses in Valença

The program: Second house for the Spanish, English and Irish market, but with the possibility of the houses to be rented for rural tourism.
The program defines the morphology; as so it appears like an irregular Nonagon (Polygon with 9 sides), in a way to shape an autonomy to the 3 suites.
One house. One big patio; various assets and environments.
A base variant dictates the rules. After, it is adapted to the needs of the program defined by the client; at the same time, the formalization is the result of a “dialogue” with the different “surfaces” of the site.
The result: 14 different houses that generate a whole (the one of the settlement).
